Danita Harris, a motivator, minister, community advocate, WKYC morning anchorwoman, and award-winning journalist, considers herself to be blessed to serve as an agent of change. Danita is devoted to her passion and purpose to encourage and empower women, men, and children through ministry as an ordained reverend. Danita’s spiritual faith is the foundation of her initiative, “It’s Your Time to S.H.I.N.E.,” which was founded in 2016 to help others find their divine light within. Proving unwavering success, S.H.I.N.E, a 501(c)(3) organization, meets monthly as a way to provide a sisterly and brotherly safe haven, as well as outreach to individuals and community groups in need.

Ra-Deon Kirkland Sledge has been singing for as long as she can remember. The product of a gospel singer and musician, Ra-Deon began singing at the age of 2. Her professional career began at the age of 15 as a member of 1 of the Girls, the 1 st girl group of the late Gerald Levert. The group released a self-titled album on Atlantic Records in 1993. Ra-Deon then went on to obtain collegiate degrees at Ohio
University (BS, Telecommunications) and Cleveland State University (MBA). Ra-Deon is the Chief of Staff at NASA Glen Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio and remains a devoted member of the Voices of Koinonia |
