Dana Anderson

Keynote Speaker

Dana D. Anderson is a faith-driven leader, public servant, and community advocate with more than 20 years of empowering youth, women, and families across Greater Cleveland. A corporate professional with a Master of Management degree, she applies her expertise at McKesson Corporation while simultaneously leading impactful community outreach initiatives, founding the Women of God Outreach Ministries, Inc., and championing programs that uplift and restore lives. Her historic public service includes becoming the first Black woman elected to represent District 4 in Maple Heights and now the first Black woman to serve as Council President, where she leads with integrity, inclusivity, and vision. Through her work with numerous civic and political organizations, Dana exemplifies resilience, purpose, and a steadfast commitment to being the change she wishes to see in the world.

Ra-Deon L. Sledge

Mistress of Ceremony
​Ra-Deon Kirkland Sledge has been singing for as long as she can remember. The product of a gospel singer and musician, Ra-Deon began singing at the age of 2. Her professional career began at the age of 15 as a member of 1 of the Girls, the 1 st girl group of the late Gerald Levert. The group released a self-titled album on Atlantic Records in 1993. Ra-Deon then went on to obtain collegiate degrees at Ohio
University (BS, Telecommunications) and Cleveland State University (MBA).

Ra-Deon is the Chief of Staff at NASA Glen Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio and remains a devoted
member of the Voices of Koinonia
Meet Dr. Tyffani Monford, a licensed psychologist and Director of Clinical Services for MetroHealth’s Behavioral Health Hospital. She is also an Assistant Professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry. Within the MetroHealth system, Dr. Monford also serves as the Clinical Team Lead for the Behavioral Health Equity Initiative in its Multicultural Centers of Excellence, where she focuses on eliminating mental health stigma and increasing access to culturally informed clinical services for historically excluded communities. Dr. Monford’s primary areas of interest are sexual violence prevention and intervention on the continuum, the role of intersectionality in the lives of Black and Brown girls/women, racial trauma & radical healing, social justice work within the mental health profession, and culturally informed therapy practices with a focus on decolonizing psychology.
